GRAD

Gradian has issued and supplies an Algorand Standard Asset (ASA) named GRAD, carrying the Asset ID 674925395. This intangible asset is designed for specific uses associated with Gradian, such as serving as a voting token in Gradian’s governance activities. Although Gradian has the option to sell its allocated GRAD, it is not guaranteed that it will do so¹.

Gradian, an entity currently operated by Verseware Pty Ltd, aims to provide developers with tools and services that simplify the creation of user-friendly onboarding experiences for Web3 games as a paid service. These paid services may have nothing to do with GRAD.

Ownership of GRAD does not confer any contractual rights, claims, or entitlements with respect to Gradian or its operating entity, and should not be considered an investment. While it can be used in specific applications, as governed by their respective terms of service, this does not imply free access to all Gradian-associated products. GRAD will not be accepted as payment for most, if not all, services we plan to offer, as it holds no value for us. Consequently, alternative payment methods, such as credit cards, may be necessary. In essence, holding GRAD does not provide free access to Gradian goods and services, which are intended to be paid for and not free.

By holding the ASA or using our services, users must agree, to the fullest extent of the law, to assume all associated risks, indemnify Gradian and its affiliates from claims of damages, and understand that absolutely no warranties or liabilities are provided. Owing to its R&D nature, Gradian reserves the right to revoke public facing plans and change product features as it sees fit based on its budget, expertise, and on-going research. The website is intentionally empty because products are being developed privately and will only be announced if they are fully complete. The voting feature is usable today, on our Discord, where the tokens can be used for voting ballot participation.

¹: Please await further clarification regarding any potential sales. The original allocation set aside 20% of the total supply for Gradian to sell, with specific rules governing the process. To date, there have been no intentional sales, and a full refund was issued for the early accidental sales (for more details, please refer to our Discord). It is possible, although not yet confirmed, that we may decide to forgo our allocation.
