Welcome to Gradian, a platform operated by Verseware Pty Ltd and referred to as “Gradian,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” We offer blockchain-based goods and services, collectively known as “the Services.” By utilizing our Services, you irrevocably agree to these Terms of Service and Disclaimers, hereinafter referred to as “the Terms.”
Acceptance of the Terms
By availing our Services, you unequivocally affirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and accepted the stipulations set forth in the Terms, as well as other related documents, policies, and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
Absence of Warranties
Gradian provides the Services on an “as is” basis, without any express or implied warranties or guarantees. We reserve the right to change our strategic direction, which may include modifying product features, revoking announced products or plans, or hindrances in plan execution.

Neither Gradian nor Verseware Pty Ltd shall bear liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if possible damages were previously identified.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gradian and our affiliates from any liabilities or damages arising out of your use of our Services or any violation of these Terms.

Autonomous Operation
Gradian operates independently and has not entered into affiliations with any parties other than those expressly stated.

These Terms and all issues arising from them or your use of the Services shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Australia. Any ensuing disputes will be determined via binding arbitration in Australia.
Acknowledgement of the State of Service
You acknowledge that our Services may contain certain vulnerabilities and may not be completely refined for production use.
Entire Agreement
The Terms represent the complete agreement between us, superseding any prior understandings or agreements (whether written or oral).

Non-Advisory Clause
Gradian does not offer any professional advice, including legal or financial advice. Your due diligence is strictly your responsibility.
User’s Responsibilities
- Age: You attest that you are at least 18 years old and are in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Legal Compliance: You assure that no regulatory entities, such as OFAC, prohibit you from availing of services similar to Gradian.
Function of Blockchain Services:
The Services Gradian provides that interface with blockchain technology, such as the ability to process transactions, act purely as a conduit. We do not directly control user blockchain access keys or manage digital assets. Users bear full responsibility for all risks related to the use of blockchain technology.
